My friends, former FBI Director James Comey has been indicted on two counts: lying to Congress and obstruction. But is this justice or political revenge?
On today’s episode of The Todd Huff Show, I unpack the indictment of James Comey and the broader implications for America’s justice system. I explain the difference between a grand jury and a trial jury, why the process matters, and how the standard for “probable cause” differs from “beyond a reasonable doubt.” This distinction is critical to understanding what has actually happened — and what hasn’t.
But the conversation doesn’t stop there. We trace a long pattern of government abuse against conservatives:
IRS targeting Tea Party groups in the early 2010s
The Steele dossier and Crossfire Hurricane
Hillary Clinton’s emails and the FBI’s unusual response
The Russia collusion probe that consumed years of Trump’s presidency
The Hunter Biden laptop cover-up by 51 “intelligence experts”
Big Tech censorship of political speech at the urging of the White House
The thread running through all of this? Selective application of the law. BLM rioters in 2020 often saw charges dropped, while January 6th defendants were aggressively prosecuted, sometimes denied due process.
True rule of law cuts both ways. It isn’t revenge. And it isn’t immunity. Justice requires accountability for the powerful and protection for the powerless.

Today’s Todd Talk
My friends, the battle for America isn’t just in Washington — it’s in our statehouses. Redistricting has become the new frontline in this fight for the future of our Republic.
We are in a cold civil war, and it’s being fought in maps, legislatures, and courts. This is where power is gained, and this is where it is lost.
After squeezing every electoral advantage possible for more than a decade, Blue states suddenly want a truce. Why? Because now they’ve got more to lose than to gain. And they know it.
If you don’t have the stomach for this kind of fight, don’t get into politics. We must be ready to do whatever is legal and moral to win — because if we’re not, the other side surely will.
Quote of the Day
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

Update: Following Up on Shelby Campbell
A few days ago, I shared with you how I reached out to Shelby Campbell, a Democrat running for Congress in Michigan’s 13th District, after she mocked Charlie Kirk’s death. She initially agreed to come on the show, but her campaign manager later backed away, saying she isn’t ready for this type of conversation.
I want to be fair here: campaigns are messy, and candidates often rely heavily on their teams. But the fact remains — Shelby is running for public office, and public servants must be willing to answer for their words. The invitation was extended in good faith, and I meant it when I said she’d be treated fairly.
This kind of engagement matters because truth requires dialogue. If candidates can mock, but never clarify… if they can tear down, but never defend… then voters are left with one-sided noise instead of honest debate.
